  • KRISTINA VIIRPALU COUTURE FASHION SHOW IN LONDON

    The colourful embroidery patterns of the national costumes of a small Estonian island Muhu have transformed into elegant haute couture for the modern woman.

    Combined with the delicate knitted lace of the traditional Haapsalu shawl, Kristina Viirpalu’s talent for giving traditional patterns the modern touch and inspired by Louis Armstrong’s vibrant music, the new collection for KV Couture is born.

    What a wonderful world!

    Muhu saare metsmaasikate ja põllulillede värvikirevast tikandimustrist on moodsa suurlinna tuledesäras saanud elegantselt vaoshoitud haute couture. Lisades Haapsalu salli õhkõrnad mustrid ja Louis Armstrongi elurõõmsa muusika säravad akordid, saab sellest traditsioonide ja modernsuse kooslusest KV Couture uus kollektsioon. It´s a wonderful world!

    Kristina rõhutab, et kuigi praktilisus ei ole haute couture puhul esmatähtis, on tema looming mugavalt kantav ning seda mitmel erineval viisil.
